ISTROFLEX® is a flexible thermoplastic filament for 3D FDM technology printers. This specially formulated material is flexible with low elasticity properties. This oyster shell powder polymer is a fully biodegradable material by composting. ISTROFLEX® is an exclusive formulation that includes a high molecular weight polymer based on biodegradable monomers and cosmetic grade oyster shells. ISTROFLEX® is currently being tested to obtain the European certification NF EN 14995 (biodegradable material by composting in an industrial environment). The ISTROFLEX® matrix is degraded by naturally occurring micro-organisms in natural soils and composts.

The raw materials of the ISTROFLEX® filament used for its production comply with the specific standards mentioned in the European Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food more recently amended by Regulation (EU) No 2015/1745 February 2015. According to Regulation 10/2011, migration shall be measured on finished articles brought into contact with foodstuffs under the conditions of use (time and temperature).
The ISTROFLEX® material used to manufacture, to the best of our knowledge, has not been intentionally manufactured or formulated with the substances listed in section 4.1 of European Directive CE / 65/2011 (RoHS): Heavy metals (such as cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead and mercury), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). Therefore, the raw material ISTROFLEX® complies with the requirements of article 4.1 of the European directive CE / 65/20011. However, it should be noted that we do not systematically analyze our materials for these substances.
Endocrine disruption test: 1 Method OEDT - Laboratoire SERPBIO. Sample: NANOVIA 3D filament STARFLAX 3D. Study: Measurement of receptor activation of recombinant human estrogen expressed in S. cerevisiae (SW303.1B). Each measurement is reproduced 3 times independently for the different contents of the tested sample. In parallel, the ratio of estrogen / estradiol activity concentration (E2) was achieved. RESULTS: The data obtained show that the tested product shows no specific action on the measured activity. Notes on circulating plasma estradiol levels: In postmenopausal women / For men: * [4x10-11M - 2x10-10M] In pre-menopausal women (excluding ovulation): [1x10-10M - 5x10-10M ] / In women (ovulation): [2x10 -9m] * A value can be considered critical when it reaches [2x10-11M]. CONCLUSION:
The tested material is not considered an endocrine disruptor.

Bonjour, Merci de votre réponse, je crois que j'avais essayé d'imprimer avec une buse de 0.8 mm, je ne me rappelle plus la vitesse mais ce qui s'est passé, c'est que la matière commençait à se déposer sur le plateau mais subitement s'arrêter.
